Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently do offer international shipping. If international shipping is available, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Mending Hearts is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, we will gladly assist you in locating your package or providing necessary documentation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at , but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
Digital Products
For e-books or other digital downloads, no shipping is required. Access instructions will be delivered via email upon purchase. If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
